There's some advanced lighting and rendering going on here, I've just about got to grips with scanline.
Thats the Red and Blue chair by Rietveld and it is indeed 100% to his measurements http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Red_and_Blue_Chair
Mental Ray rendering and not to much advances settings to be honest, just took a while to get the lights the way I like them.
I like the original design of the chair, I've not seen one like this till now. I remember that name from somewhere, Rietveld. Is it dutch?
That far back, explains why it's different from what I've seen before. I wasn't certain it was a Dutch name, just guessing - went to Rotterdam a few years ago and I saw that name once or twice.
What exactly are you looking for? Here is a small selection of what I did in the past ... Works04.pdf
I just wanted to see how many forum members also had an interest in 3D CG work. I thought it would be an interesting topic to start up. Thanks for the pdf, your work is very good, you've obviously done this a lot.
Been a while since I did any modeling. Still got lightwave 9.5 from a few years ago. Nothin spectacular...http://jeffthomann.wordpress.com/tag/3d/
Ahh, I understand. In this case it's the wrong forum. It bacame the home of some old retirees and a few restless enthusiasts. Well, RAZER can make houses, I can make kangaroos. Let's saddle the horses and ride down to Australia. Even McCormick is a damn noop with this 3D-hullabaloo - although you're very welcome to accompany our small party, McC ;-)
