    This post will detail the vision the owners and proprietors of EntropiaPlanets have for this website.

    We wish for this website to become a high-traffic forum containing lots of information regarding the different planets within Entropia Universe.

    We hope EntropiaPlanets.com to be an area where constructive criticism will be the method of choice for voicing your displeasure. Not being content with the game and/or the advertising thereof is fine, and we think it is important for MindArk to read suggestions or comments to their product(s), but we do want to do so in a reasonable way that offers them possible solutions rather than just complaints.

    We created a specific section of the forum for your more negative-leaning sentiments. The title of the forum is "The Black Hole", and it will be possible for people to exclude posts made in that part of the forum (and the sub forums connected to it) from showing up in their New Posts, in case they do not wish to read the negative posts. Please check our FAQ in order to find out how to ignore parts of the forum that might not suit your needs.

    Disagreements with fellow forum-users are also fine and understandable, but there is no need to get aggressive or abusive while addressing them.

    Cooperative Attitude

    EntropiaPlanets as a whole is significantly a sum of the people cooperatively contributing to it as regular members or staff members.

    In general EntropiaPlanets does not strive to compete with MindArk, Planet Partners or community driven projects and services. The opposite is the case: EntropiaPlanets is looking to cooperate with anyone and to share its contents and capabilities with anyone interested.

    EntropiaPlanets "Opinion"

    Beyond this mission statement there is no such thing as an EntropiaPlanets opinion, EntropiaPlanets agenda, EntropiaPlanets policy or something alike.

    All statements do not express something EntropiaPlanets but merely the point of view the respective individual making the statement.





    The owners and proprietors of EntropiaPlanets would like to make it clear that they have no affiliation with MindArk or any of the planet partners in any way, and that the website strives to remain impartial and independant. It is not funded by MindArk or the planet partners, and we will ensure it will remain that way.

    Thanks for joining us, and we sincerely hope you will be able to picture a role for yourself in the future we envision for the site. And please remember, despite sporting a Real Cash Economy, it's still just a game.

    good idea but what you guys need so that this forum won't die in a couple of weeks/months or so is EXTERNAL support from other planet partners ... IF you get that , then this becomes the most important EU forum !

    I dig the idea I must say, And thoroughly hope to see that its wont be a whoring forum but one where mostly valued content is posted. As right now Im to lazy and cant be arsed to browse through the overkill of shit on EF.

    From the member list so far I already foresee a lot less whining and some more quality posts than "elsewhere".

    Handpicked invitations, hmmm? ;)

    Great to see the other planet stuff more visible, too!

    Actually, the invitations were just a way to get the word out initially. Like Lykke stated elsewhere, she just started with people on her friendlist, and then PM'd people who were online.

    It is possible people were missed out in this, but we hope that word of mouth, and perhaps some ingame advertising will alert others that this place exists. Judging by what we saw so far, that does seem to happen already :)

    We have no intention whatsoever of denying anyone access, and we will treat everybody equally and unprejudiced.

    Ok, serious now: Very democratic and I guess you will see exactly that happening - word of mouth will spread quickly and you'll get 200 new posts a day ;)

    a platform with no whiners and Spammers a dream come true..now i applaud this initiative albeigh i aint a forum guy on a regular basis..
