I know amazon offers their AWS cloud service for games made with unity. Compet is made with Unity. Compet is "secure". To the windows clock and to cheat engine. :p The unity asset explorer works, but there is nothing of interest.
Please correct me, but didnt EU "got put on hold" because MA focused on Compet right now ? Now MA says Compet was outsourced and that in fact, the Entropia Universe and Calypso teams have grown since the ComPet project began. Did I missunderstand something ? Do we get the Mega Super Update with actual content now ? I ask because there wasnt any info about a 3rd party company inside Compet (Windows & Android version). You could only find hints like MindArk, Klas Moreau and MindArks adress... The android version says : "From the creators of Entropia Universe comes a turn-based battle game" So, who would be behind it ? Project Whitecard Studios again ? Why acting Top Secret here ?
Because it probably didn't work like that. I bet they only used cheap labour to get the job done. I doubt they have a deal with some gaming studio, then they'd have to share profits. This is a one time deal with someone I assume.
