would be nice if information on mission consequences was also listed by this I mean like what missions you are not allowed to do if you start/finish a particular mission.

That's what I'd like to know too. I don't think I'll be doing any of the Cyclops missions until I find out.
There also seem to be consequences within a mission. If you select a particular option you get different results. I haven't tried any mission yet due to this but I noticed this on danielleyourmom's thread on ef.
