Newsreporter / Storyteller ~ you are quite eloquent We have a lot of competent people among the Entropian community![IMGALIGNRIGHT]http://www.entropiaplanets.com/gallery/pics/3/newsreporter_535175.gif[/IMGALIGNRIGHT] People who have some awesome skills they don't mind sharing! And we're so lucky to have a lot of them spending a lot of valuable time on EntropiaPlanets, helping with the wiki, technical stuff, Newbie programes etc. But EntropiaPlanets also needs yet another Newsreporter / Storyteller to help out covering all the little stories there are to tell about our Universe. Unfortunately I do not have the needed time myself to cover all the events in Entropia - and we wish the front site continously to be providing you with news and stories. The person we're looking for writes fluent English. is a 'good friend' of the Entropian Community. spents a lot of hours in game and knows what's moving. is reliable (we have been burnt a couple of times ;) ). can pick up a good story her-/himself and independent write it, set it up and go live. also enjoys using pictures to support the stories. is willing to 'give a little extra'. We offer to be a part of the Team of EntropiaPlanets - which is containing a lot of great, hard working people a personal 'hidden' work desk section were you can work with your stories before they go live, and were we can discuss eventuel ideas etc. the freedom to decide what to write about. We have hardly any restrictions here - as long as it's within the forum rules. And with the right person, we do not even need to proof read the articles made. It can be actual news about the Universe, new planets, interviews, about societies, newbies, incredible members of our society - or it can be a written 'story' about the life on Calypso - let your fantasy decide! We're even won't mind stories about other games if something interesting turns up. As long as we're staying in the gamers Universe ... a subscription for this forum with the same rights as a paid subscription. Unfortunately we can't pay in peds/money other than the above subscription because running this forum is a neg-income for now ;) Age doesn't matter, but of course we will look at maturity :) Both Peter and I will also make front page stories regulary - which means, you will not be alone with this task! And we will do what we can to help out when needed. For you the frequency of making news will be 1-2 times a month. Better not write just for the sake of having news stories, if there's no news to tell ;) *"Hired" for a project* I got the idea yesterday from talking with Roni, that maybe some of you would love to try and make one or two news/front stories without having to 'sign up' for a full task. Hey Roni :) Well, the 'stats' is to love the community, to find out what's moving and to write about it ;) - how long time the person has been playing is second, I would say. It's not main at least. Time is my issue though - I don't have enough. Though my thought is, that if it's split up between a couple of people - and the newsreporter only needs to make 1-2 news a month it should be doable :) I am not the one who is And also, as said, it doesn't only have to be news /stories about our own universe - there's plenty of other games out there to write about - or info about games conventions etc. we would not mind telling about. BUT I just realized it's too much for me alone, also with the other work, RL job etc. - and Peter is working a lot with the tech crew and won't have the needed time either. Lykke
