Is it just me? Sorry this makes no sense.

 

It means that you can't travel between Orpheus' Cave on NI and Orpheus' Cave in AG, but you can travel between Orpheus' Cave on NI and any normal TP in Greece. Meg's statement seems to mean that this works from Greece to NI, but I have just TP'd from the NI Orpheus' Cave to the Thebes Amphitheatre TP, so it looks like it works both ways.
