After the latest VU I was on Ancient Greece and noticed (like others) that TPing back to NI does not work. So I loged a Support Case asking how can we now go back from AG to NI. A few minutes later my game crashed and once i reloged I was on planet Arkadia !!!! Support moved me there due to my support case!!!! Not to NI, even though I did not ask to be moved - just asked how to get there from NI, but moved to another planet !!!!!! I could not believe that someone in actually thinks that this is a solution to my suport case and does not think about consequences of moving ppl to another planets (cost of traveling, items in storage ...). For me this is such a bad and irresponsible action I still can not beleive it. I asked to be moved back and am still waiting for their response. Super BIG negative Rep for MA and/or planet support.
That is unbelievable, hope it gets sorted soon. Must be MA support though (NI dept.) because I doubt anyone in the NI team would be able to put you in a specfic place on another planet.
i was stuck in AG at the same time as kitten, and was moved to the top of the waterfall at Orpheus. Ark is a great planet.... but that would be a shock, and the inventory issues would surely not be good... srry man thats gotta suck
Moving avatars in this way is the role of the platform provider, and not the planet partner. When a player gets stuck, we at Next Island make a request from Mindark to make that move. We realize, though, that the signature of "Next Island Support" makes this sound like a function that NI staff is able to complete, so we have asked Mindark to change this to "Mindark Support On Behalf of Next Island". We apologize again for the Greece teleporter bug, and for the confusion that this signature caused.
