kinda, if h were to have actually been shooting me in a pvp situation and not just breaking my warps to "cost me markup and ruin my *nonexistent business*" pvp is fair game being salty and greifing is a fine line from that. this user has been nothing but a problem since he saw my name in chat on NI, apparently he treated the previous owners of my ship the same way and even the new owner of the Gagarin. ive been around for a year, and this guy acts like im 15 years in game with how he talks about previous reports. all of this spilling so many ways is irritating af
How does he do that? I have no idea how warp functions, is this something he can do to your ship while you're "launching" ? .
correct, if you shoot a ship that is in process of warping, or if someone on your ship shoots, or if you are rammed by another ship, it stops the warp and still costs the 3 ped of decay on the warp drive
This is fairly common sadly. I got targeted when i was new by another ships crew... it happens to most shipowners when they are new sadly. Mostly it's cause that shipowner or that ships crew think they are the veterans and get to tell people what to do with their investment and time. As a "If i can't beat him fair and square..." kind of thing. At the end of the day. 1. You own the ship. 2. You put a price on your time. 3. Anyone that try to tell you something else can safely be ignored cause they are just creating noise. Price fixing is also illegal in sweden but i guess ChatGPT did not tell him that... maybe his text prompts where too spesific. Now i challange everyone to go read MindArks "Rule of Conduct" Part 6, Section O. And tell me how many rules Ahos broke by trying to fix the prices. And a bonus points for interfere with Dildonamore gameplay by shooting him each time he tried to warp where the goal was not pvp. Sorry your in this mess Dildonamore... but i guess it's a rite of passage when another entitled crew or shipowner decides to go after you cause they feel they are in the right or have seniority to tell you what to do.
Well it does not decay the warpdrive... it's just annoying. What he's trying to do is to disrupt your ability to warp customers since it's a "if you don't comply with my demands i'll shut you down". It's just a very toxic thing to do and i hope if you had customers onboard i hope they where the understanding kind of customers.
if it is not supposed to decay the drive i need to open a support ticket, we have lost decay to gunners clicking in warp, skyflails at one point and then the three failed warps there as well before i left caly on that flight i had placed a new drive in, when i finally got to toulan, 3 hours later, i had 138 ped/ 150 on the warp 1 drive
It's suppose to decay the moment you pop into the tunnel. I have had pirates camp me at caly and ark in the past and another shipowner that hated my existance that shot me over and over as i was warping with 0 decay to the warpdrive. The problem with warp decay and MindArk is it's easy for you to get stuck in a loop of support tickets where they are trying to gaslight you into thinking that this is how things are suppose to be and there is no bug. I warped into a servergrid that was down ( Toulan ) and lost a warp because of it... was stuck in that grid for 3 days until the next maintinence and did not get that warp refunded. Yet i have screenshots of other peoples tickets where they even got MU back and an apolegy... so you might have to set your expectations low when asking for refunds on warpdrives.... and have exact timestamps ready.
no refund expected from MA, just give them the info that warp decay is used in that situation for me and may not be for others, if anyone can collect videos of the bugs in space we can get them fixed as well. the update they are planning is not gonna go well with things like that happening lol
