While mining today I crashed and lost 2 claims, send this support case, any chance of me getting anything back??
Happened to a friend of mine a year or so back. He also mailed MA but never got anything, MA emailed him saying they didnt have any fault and that the game is like that... Bastards
well I have documented everything including screen shots of the finds, times and everything, I might be willing to give them some trouble for it :)
Thats one thing I didn't check ;(, but the loot was about 8 ped and the bombs 2 ped, so I want the 8 ped ;). Well, I really don;t mind either way, just think it is strange that things just vanish and wanna see what MA does about it.
They won't do anything, you'Re not the first to try that. Do you (maybe someone got a link) know about the story from Haxtor Moogle, who had a small global, and immediately after, the server crashed. He logged back in, once the server was up again, and the loot was gone... the next mob he killed gave him exactly that global again, same amount of PEDs. Support will never compensate you for those lost claims, but i think MA will do it automatically... indirectly... ingame.
Here is the communication between me and MA about this. The last one gives us a tiny look into what the logs Ma has look like. It also suggests that I did get the ores n my inventory even though I did not do that myself.
