suggestion could we name thread titles differently i.e. with a more meaningful first word so that from the home page you can tell what the thread is about without having to click it.

For example this thread is titled entropiaplanets as the first word and so are umpteen other threads with entropiaplanets as first word. From the home page it becomes difficult to tell whats what because it only shows the first word.

So maybe better to add Entropia Planets at the end of the thread name

The tax may become very low under certain conditions - i.e. when sender and recipient have an equal troop count.

The tax is "hardcoded", so it cant be misconfigured by accident.

I forgot to adjust the troop transfer costs tho, but i won't changes settings of a running game, so enjoy it while it lasts :)


We will, at some point, rework the transfer system, and allow others to "intercept" transfers instead of taxing them.

Due to heavy abuse, the minimum troops have been adjusted.
As soon as i find the time, transferring of troops below your minimum count will no longer be possible, thank you guys for adding to my workload :(


I knew there was a reason why they call it "foul play"


/Edit:
I am tempted to reset everyones training levels, weapon/armour stock, gold count and troop count over this.

Please tell me what you think, everyone.

So, under 24 hours and already users exploiting a flaw in the system. Or a flaw in the system inadvertently leading to an unreported exploit.

That sucks.

Start again when system fixed :)

Ever heard of "Fair play"?

Just because there is the possibility to cheat doesn't mean you have to cheat.

And well, what is it worth to win a game by cheating?

Game will be purged in a few seconds, you don't have to sign up again.

From what I read it was mentioned, aka reported in previous games, and used on them.
Now we have people that believe that something is there then it can and should be used.
Do come with: find out for yourself the rules; to later on tell: hey you aren't supose to do that, because the previous rule was use what you find not use what you think you can find out.

Define cheating please.
For me cheating is play against the rules.
A rule says I can't do something but I still do it then it is cheating.
If there are no rules against it then it isn't cheating.
Following paths that the creator hasn't predicted isn't cheating.

I want some things
Or do you think I go into less ethical behaviour (that isn't the same of cheating) unless I intend to get something:

I want to see the possibility of eliminating an enemy (he can restart if he likes)
But I want it to be reasonably difficult to achieve doing it to a decent player.
(if you agree then I will contribute with ideas on this matter)

Yes? Where? The settings were different before and did not allow this kind of cheating - unless you found another exploit i am still unaware of.
Feel free to quote posts where it "has been reported", though.

My definition of cheating (yours obviously differs, but you're entitled to your own PoV, ofc):
Use something that was OBVIOUSLY not meant to be part of the game is an exploit. Following paths the creator hasn't intended and give you a huge advantage over others is an exploit.

Exploits are clearly cheating.


If you are unhappy with my perception of fairness and/or cheating:
A PM is enough and i will remove you from the conquest game.




Nuff said, game has been purged, and in case someone finds another exploit i will not hesitate to do it again.
