    at what point can you do a troop transfer?

    A population of 251 allows you to send 1 trooper, not more - my english is that bad?

    Not sure how keen you are on programming wiz, but if you get time here are some suggestions for improvements:

    - Make the "Next cycle in" text count down in realtime to avoid F5-madness.
    - Set the page refresh count to the same as remaining time until next cycle.
    - When ordering more weapons/armors than you have money for have it recalculate max you can buy and then buy those, rather than telling the user he ordered too many (Now people either need to order 3-4 times, or calculate it beforehand).
    - Same for gold and troop transfer (if it doesnt work that way already)

    ah i see what you mean. No that sentence can be read different ways i read it differently to the way you meant it to be. English can be imprecise ;)

    "Keen on" is not the important factor, i am just more than busy with other stuff.

    Changing the "Next cycle in" counter to count down "live" is already planned, actually, the snippet of javascript is already done and sitting on my machine waiting to be copied in - it's not too hard to do the math yourself, since i removed the cron dependency, the cycle has an exact length of 40 minutes (was 60 before), so it is always

    X:00
    X:40,
    X+1:20

    And i am not sure what you mean by "page refresh count" tho, but a "buy as many as possible" button would for sure be useful.

    Ah, i see, the "from within" is misleading - my apologies.

    Replace 60 with seconds until next tick - to have the page reload automatically on new ticks... and perhaps add a second or two to be sure your tick scripts has completed their job. (not sure what their runtime is)

    I don't think it is even possible to add a header field from within the vB template system - a javascript based refresh could be done, but most of this has to wait, as most of the current changes have to be reworked completely when we upgrade the forum software.

    Sure. That point was the least important on my list for sure.

    Next major vB version, ofc.

    There are a lot of planned things that had to be postponed, the inner workings of the vBulletin software have been completely reworked and it simply makes no sense to code things now, knowing that they have to be done again in a couple of weeks.

    What makes you think you have won?
    You had a good start, but the game is a bit more complex than that, and seriously, you hold the top spots in the highest population list, but that's far from "won" - we will see i long term strategy pays - i take it that you know the saying:

    Pride comes before a fall ;)

    Akoz has been moved to the Feffoid tribe, as requested.

    Please note that he has no longer access to the Foul Tribe subforum, and from now on has access to the Feffoid Tribe subforum (including all posts that have been made since the game reset).

    Hopefully, this will help ironing out the "less fair" advantages of some, especially the robbing of members who were unaware that they got 1000 gold again.

    Im so confused.... :(

    its rather difficult to plan strategy when your opponents change the rules without notice.

    Also I had requested long long ago for the mechanics of the game to be published so that everyone knows what to expect. Then as you modify the rules you can change the published set as well. (with an appropriate amount of warning for all players to be prepared)

    Things that should be public knowledge to both old and new players are;

    1. The obvious stuff that is on the how to page already.
    2. How tax rates work for both troops and gold, including the randomization factor and how it is affected by difference in population both up and down.
    3. How population and transfers are affected by being below the set number as well as what that number is.

    I am sure there are other things that should be listed as well but those are the obvious ones I can think of.

    Having these public will prevent frustration and hard feelings by lots of people im sure.
