It seems we are in total 3 people logging in on the feff tribe. two of them only once a day or so.

You should add some sort of auto-kick after a certain period of inactivity. Or at least stop gold income after 30 or so ticks, as inactive accounts are nothing but cheap farms for the enemy (double-negative).

 

I considered putting people in some kind of "sleep mode", meaning when they have reached max cycle, and the next round they would lose cycles, they don't receive any gold/troops at all - the replacement for the (unreliable) original cron job i wrote is somewhat complex tho, as it does calc all missing cycles in one go - hence this will have to wait, the reworking of the EPTracker still keeps me busy.

I had to suspend one of the conquest player accounts due to cheating.

I want to give the player in question a chance to explain his/her behaviour (you know who you are, PM me if there is anything to add from your side) before i delete him from the conquest game for good (including checks that keep him from joining again) - your attempt to gain an unfair advantage was so painfully dilettantish, it's a disgrace.
And uttermost naive that you even thought this would remain undetected.



It is sad that it had to come to this, and it is sad to see that it is apparently too much asked for to preserve a minimum of sportsmanship - especially in a "just for fun" game where you can't gain nothing but fame.

Just because certain things can be done doesn't mean you have to do them.

 

is it that person in the feffoid tribe with no name?

there is someone in feff tribe and no name is shown for them on the rich list or when they attack you...

I got bored doing the same thing every tick, so i made a little script that did it for me.

I can stretch to renaming it "Mozilla Firefox" though if that makes everyone happy? Add a little randomization?

 

And I thinking that the following was the natural result of a good player active response (if he says it was I will find it believable).

(if it wasn't right after the next cycle period I would had been suspicious, but since it was just after it; I assume that Akoz just had made a very quick counterattack - the gold he took would had been spent if the system allowed to put an huge number instead. In order to make sure that I spend part of it I calculated by head a figure and was going to fine tune the remaining the next seconds, but due to Akoz rapid response time, I wasn't able)

this is what I actually wrote on Foul forum (it will show strategy tips, that's why I didn't wanted to show it but I reconsider it since I believe most good players already know it):

 

i think it may involve that account with no name. I suspect he made a new account and somehow it has no name. Since it's Akoz second account he may have transferred everything from akoz account to noname.

The noname one attacked me and had an unusually high attack rating for a new player around 17-20k i think it was.

or it may just be akoz's account and he may have hidden his name somehow.

Dunno if that's what's happened but that's what came to my mind...

Since he got away with these tactics in EU ...
I guess old habits die hard...

Did you attack him first and win then start spending the gold?

before you had spent it all he attacked and stole some of your gold 43g? right?

 

Or it was wizzszz that took its name out so that people don't attack him by accident. (the name comes with a link which makes it possible to acess the page where attack orders are performed)

And yes the reports are to be read has: I attacked him and got counterattacked in less than 10 seconds.

 

ah yes checking my defense history i can confirm the account with noname is in fact akoz.

So your right wizz may have taken name off.

anyway for now look s like all litle fellas strugle to go over 250 ppl with all the raiding going on, a verry dangerous place to grow your litle buggers up indeed

i think these changes were designed to make it like that because the last beta game got incredibly boring.
