    She is purple and she is cool & hot at the same time! Yes, you guessed it, it is:

    I met my dear friend MindStar9 on ROCKtropia shortly after a chat we had in pm's and I wanted to do a brief interview with her as an introduction before she starts working here on EntropiaPlanets.

    MindStar9 has spent more than 5 years in our Universe with both ups and downs: "Part of the community may see me as a whiner about MA/FPC/EU, but that's not the case at all. Everything I've posted has been from a constructive viewpoint because ... I DO love this universe, and like so many others, I see the absolute potential it presents." I can definitely agree with that part myself, as I also many times thought I was heading out the back door, when something 'mysterious' dragged me back in. (Note from [STRIKE]editor[/STRIKE] admin: That'd be me!)

    "Yeah," MindStar9 smiles, "I just get frustrated at times with how the content and systems are delivered. And on top of that, I also think there could be a much better quality of communication from the developers. I've had an on again, off again, love/hate relationship with EU, but it's the community that means the most to me".

    That comment makes it even greater that MindStar9 decided to help us out on EP. After all, who could wish for a better community platform?

    I asked MindStar9 what she was doing in EU now, after so many years of exploring the Universe, and she told me, that after taking her journey through hunting, mining, and crafting, she has come to settle on what she enjoys most in this Universe ... and perhaps what she does best.

    "My approach to EU is basically from a media perspective these days, meaning, that I focus on my writing as it pertains to articles and news reporting, and potentially reviving the Who's Who series." She grins, and I do a little happy dance.. did she say the 'Who's Who'? That really would be awesome. I remember the 'Who's Who' from EF and tried to do my own Friday STAR Profile here on EP - but a little purple touch would definitely not hurt!

    "I love to provide entertainment and fun for the community, and MindStar Radio is also going to be revived, specifically for special and ongoing projects ... not to mention a growing jukebox of eclectic sounds. Peter (admin) has a specific project in mind that I think is brilliant, so stay tuned for that sometime in the future."

    MindStar9's last words to the community before I tp back to City of Dreams are: "Everyone approaches this universe in their own special way, and I'm very pleased to become a part of the EntropiaPlanets environment. Lykke and Peter and I have been close friends for a very long time, and I'm looking forward to working with them and their hard-working staff to make EP even more vital to this community. We have some special ideas on the drawing board already, and I think the community will find them fun! I have many good friends at this forum already, and I'm ready to integrate. And I promise ... no purple leader lines :D ."

    As I walk towards the tp, MindStar9 shouts after me ... "You want a ride in Purple Passion?" I turn around, a little confused about the meaning of those words, and behind her I see the most purple and shiny car I have EVER seen! It's really awesome and I have to tell her, while I blush, that it's my first time! (Note from editor: That's not what you said last night. *KZRPT* OOOW! Damn cattleprod)

    And here we go, MindStar9 gives The Nun her virgin trip in Purple Passion :D

    Indeed ... and it feels good to be with such special friends ... especially one who appreciates purple probably as much as I do.

    Hey there khaos ... I'm toying with the idea of joining the Bar crowd, so you may see me in there now and then.

    Well, guess what ... I'm right at home here then as long as the Disturbed Nutters are lurking around. Howdy Boss Nutter. :wave:

    Not necessary ... and while purple is definitely my signature color, I plan on keeping it to a minimum, unless it absolutely adds value to what I'm doing.

    *I didn't just say that, did I?*

    I actually have something on the front burner right now ... just a mini-article, but have other, bigger things on the drawing board for the future. I want to help with some of the other work that needs to be done first before I get too involved in the front page.

    Thanks Narf ... and actually, they snagged me last September, but the timing just wasn't right then. Now I have the time and the means to make some contributions. It will be as often as I can fit it in, but ... I also want to be supportive of what the others are doing and be available for what they need to accomplish as well. It's all about team work, and there's a great crew here.

    Well hello my dear friend ... hope you're doing well. It's always nice to run into you. Guess we'll see what that film produces, and on what day at eleven it's going to happen.

    Just as an FYI to everyone ... this doesn't mean that I won't also be producing articles or stories for EF, and I most likely will reserve the Who's Who for EF as well since Lykke does an excellent job with her STAR profiles here at EP. However, that's something I still haven't made a die-hard decision about yet, so we'll see what happens with time.

    What I do here will be directed by Lykke and Peter, and my goal is to contribute in the most beneficial of ways to help promote growth of this forum, because I feel it's a great asset to the community. I've already seen enough behind the scenes to see that there are some very hard working people on board, and I'm merely here to assist with the efforts toward overall success of the forum.

    There are awesome projects in the works as a result of Lykke and Peter's creativity, but they have prioritized things so that the important stuff gets done first before jumping into other major time-consuming events. However, they are happy that I can at least help in keeping the front page fresh and revolving with interesting and fun stuff from the community.

    Who knows, any one of you may become a target as a front page decoration. We love to learn about our community members and their stories ... or ... maybe just to make the front page look pretty.

    *make sure you have clean underwear in case we get mauled by mobs during the photo shoot (or one of the Disturbed Ones) and have to call in Calypso Rescue*

    Thank you for the welcome, and I'm happy to be a part of this extended community gathering place. It's cozy here. *or is that crazy* :nana:

    As a sidenote ... I also noticed that the smilies are limited to 10, so multi-posting like I did above limits the usage of smilies, unless I want to delete all of the ones that others did, but that takes away from part of the meaning of the post. Oh well, maybe not to many multi-postings in the future.

    Well, It's kind of funny that you are laying off the purple "unless it adds value" to your posts, because I already stole it (kind of)! If you notice in the *Adopt a Newbie* Foundation section of the Forum, I have been using Indigo to represent peoples' and society names. Not purple, but pretty close! Maybe it was a subconscious thing on my part.

    :woohoo: ... more great friends in the EP house. Really nice to meet up with you here too Tim.

    Too Cute :D ... I did just do a little with my profile to give it a splash of the purple color I like, and added my second favorite color (teal), but I'm still deciding what else I want to do with it. I don't want to clutter it up, but I also want to have more of a design to it, so I'm still searching for the perfect stuff.

    Oh, and ... I'm really looking forward to working with you on staff Dalas, and will explore some ideas that we might be able to incorporate for your foundation. ;)

    Yeah :yay: ... even MORE great friends in the EP house ... this is getting better and better.

    I have to tell you, that there is a different kind of energy brewing, and there's a rumor in the wings that things are about to be kicked up a notch or two ... you just have to stay tuned. :D

    And talking about great timing!!! We're so happy to see you back and we're looking forward to be working with you again :yay:

    That's allright, Star :) It was also started on EF, so it would be kind of weird just to 'trasfer it here', not to talk about the moral ... and as you said, we're having the STAR profile :D (which also is a great name, no? ;) ).

    Indeed, EP is a great place - and we wish for the rest of the Universe to realize that too :)

    Yup, we're having a LOTS of ideas for new projects, but most important, we're having projects going on atm which we definitely need help with also from the WHOLE community (AND here I'm talking about the WIKI, of course :D Tass (And RAZER who's on vaccation) are working extremely hard nearly 24/7 to update the Wiki and to add new functionalities - but the basic information still lack, and a little help from everyone would be awesome. Lot's of hands works faster than 4 ;))

    I try to help out with the WIKI the best I can, so it's really awesome that we have a great writer and storyteller to help out with new updates on the front page stuff. Because there are enough ideas for stories, but too little time :D
