How can you help to make this happen: Making conversation with society members, of course! And as far as the learning goes, I kinda want a supplement to just googling game mechanics... I've done quite a bit of research on my own but it only goes so far when sources are outdated/inaccurate/hard to find. So I don't need a baby sitter. I need someone willing to answer a few questions :P

What do you seek in the Entropian community: Looking to get a basic understanding of the game. I'd like to either trade or construct items, specifically vehicles or guns. Eventualy want to own a shop or similar interface, and help run events. Looking for contacts and a mentor for a while. Eventing or Landgrab for fun. I'm looking to take the Entropia Tour Agency teleport tours.
What kind of help are you hoping to get by joining a society: One that encourages independant development, and doesn't require a lot of society activity. A place to turn for advice. Guidance toward the trade end of the game. Or Vehicle/Gun manufacturing. Help with general newbie issues if none of the above applies.
How can you help to make this happen: I will be happy to do anything withing my Avatar's capacity. I will be active within Project Entropia, Calypso whenever possible, probably daily. What do you seek for in the community/society: a place where I can learn the ropes of the game. Unlike other players I'm not in PE to play for free. I need a new place to call home (6 yrs+ AO player), if possible not infested by leet kids.

I have been trying to develop my Cryogenic Attack mindforce, have been using Cryogenic in my hunting. I use Opallo as my backup to finish off the mob, so you can imagine my Cryo stats is more progressive than my rifle stat which is at level 1 or 2 so far, which I'm not sure if that's good for a hunter. I am also interested in mining and crafting but do not have enough PEDs to pursue them right now(as I understand it mining and crafting is lil bit expensive in terms of investment compared to hunting)


Mining: Yes interested on mining just not have enough PEDs for this activity at the moment, right now I'm focus on hunting but later on I also want to go into mining and crafting.

What do you seek in the Entropian community: To have fun and to prove to my friends down here in the Phils that Entropia is an MMORPG different in a way from other popoular MMORPG(down here), but worth playing

What kind of help are you hoping to get by joining a society: since at the moment I am into hunting, I am hoping to learn from an experience hunter. One of the things I want to know is if I am hunting the correct mobs that is worth the return to stay in the game. I think I had been unwise in some of my decisions that I am actually losing PEDs rather than earn, it worries me.

How can you help to make this happen: I am going to be very teachable and will try to learn as fast as I can muster


Collectively I have been only playing for about 15-20 days, although I registered more than a month ago, but I left the game because I lost interest reason being it's my first MMORPG experience and I felt so lost being a newbie. My 2 other friends that I got interested playing also left the game because we were like blind leading the blind case. I went into playing another MMORPG but in the back of my head I wanted to try Entropia again. So here I am.

I've read plenty on how this game is NOT the game to play but I believe in trying anything at least once. I do not want to wonder the game anymore not knowing anything about it and being bored so I'm hoping that with some help or a nudge in the right direction, I may find a community and game I could enjoy playing.

What kind of help are you hoping to get by joining a society:
Mainly direction on what I should be doing to progress in the game efficiently. Currently have 0.00 PED and am not capable of buying any so perhaps some direction on increasing skills efficiently while maintaining some form of PED income.

How can you help to make this happen:
I can pretty much guarantee I'd be on a few hours daily while I try this game out. Hoping to give it a month or so at least in trying it, but as it is, playing by myself w/o any direction or motivation is making me feel that I will not last.

What do you seek in the Entropian community: I was attracted to this game by the real life economy system, the gorgeous graphics and the gameplay. It is fun, but it is also really challenging, and I like the sci-fi theme mixed with the casino style that is this game when we talk about money. So i look forward to making good friends, have a good time, enjoy the game, build up a reputation, and try my best to make profit out of it (this is the most challenging part as well as exciting since it ain't easy at all)

What kind of help are you hoping to get by joining a society: Information, maybe a ride if I really need one, guidance if I get lost, a group of friendly people to talk to. I never ask for money.

How can you help to make this happen: Once I become more knowledgeable of the game, I can help as well. As I progress and doors open, I'll help people more efficiently if they need something else than information.

Extra Info:
I've heard of many new players who seem to leave within a short period of time. The only thing that could actually get me to quit would be if the player base of the game decreases (in other words, if the game starts dying) Other than that I will not leave the game and I am conscious of the hard work that takes to make money specially if you don't deposit.
