The Purple Star Fleet ...

... nah ... no cheap-ass faux fur up in here baby, just raw materials ... the Blaus textures are fancy enough and definitely do the purple proud. I love the color and the texture ... took a while, but some very sweet individuals saw what I was trying to do and not only gave me resources to get the materials at a lesser cost (even TT), but some actually donated to the cause unexpectedly, so I am very appreciative of their generosity ... you know who you are and I thank you immensely, even though you had to hit me over the head to take the materials.

It's hard for me to accept gifts because I'm the one who's always giving, but I've learned better not to disrespect someone's genuine contribution because it's what they want to do. I'm still having a hard time with it, but getting better. There are some incredibly wonderful and caring individuals in this universe.

Now, about the "Pimp my (name your vehicle)" thingy ... I can only imagine how creative people would get if it were possible. I think the street language would change. "Wire wheels, nice dude ... and I see you have a bit of chop and channel goin' on there too ... but why would you do that to a Pitbull ... it already looks like it got hit by a vertical mack truck!"

Ya, it was inevitable my friend ... I saw bumblebees comin' and goin' ... and probably because the Deep Cadmium Yellow paint is rather inexpensive. Besides ... purple is just my thing, and it wouldn't be right not to remain true to that. ;)
