Next Island has an alternate name ...

There are several locations on Next Island that relate to Neverdie (teleporters):

• Club NEVERDIE
• ND 500 Raceway
• ND Suites - Venice
• Omens Ridge - (ND's book is entitled Omens, I have it)
• Omens East
• Omens West

I thought this was a David Post vision beginning with Elysium and advancing through storyline toward becoming Next Island. This should have been a pure Next Island production without another planet partner's name all over the environment - I don't care if ND Studios did development or not - nowhere in the vision was there a Neverdie-related anything.

Oh wait ... and now I discover that there is a ... "NEVERDIE Champions Park" - a Land Area called "Cheri Zone" - and a "Tina Lieu" (Island Girl) auto-healer!

This isn't "Next Island" ... this is ... "Next Neverdie" ... what a huge disappointment.

I just don't get it, sorry.

Interesting thing is ... a few days back when I saw the photo of Club NEVERDIE on Next Island, I actually sent an email to David Post about it and said I thought this was supposed to be his dream and vision that was nurtured from the beginning with Elysium and turning into Next Island, and asked why we're seeing a Club NEVERDIE on his planet. That's when I only thought there was just the club, but now ...

I have since learned from someone exploring that I think there's a separate island away from the main island where all of the ND-related branding is, but ... the ND name is still not a part of David Post's planet vision, and I just don't get why there's so much of it. I too hope that David or someone gives a plausible explanation for this, because it just doesn't make a damn bit of sense to me.

 

The more people post their discoveries, the more I want to puke. Sorry, but this was to be a fresh and new planet unlike any other, and not ND-branded. I don't think ND (as a developer studio) and his family should own property on Next Island - I don't care that it's a CND island separate from the main island. Obviously the island is big enough to have all the locations that are being listed, among other things, and from my perspective, it was just a wrong move to allow this to happen.

This is just plain disgusting.

 

Kay ... there's nothing wrong with people naming things after themselves, but Next Island is not ND's planet ... he runs the studio that is building the planet ... the vision for this planet comes from its CEO, David Post who funded the majority of the development of the planet, and this was to be a fresh and new planet with time travel and other exciting things to explore, BUT ...

How the HELL can they allow ND to build a whole island to yet again brand his name where it just doesn't belong, and on top of that ... release that to exploit prior to the actual full planet being released ... it's just insane. It's coming across as yet another Neverdie venture, instead of the vision that David Post had that was developed from his dream and story about Elysium that grew into being Next Island.

Why is Neverdie exploiting a whole huge island all about him and his family in the initial launch, and what the hell happened along the way that David was talked into having such an extension of ND on his planet. I just don't get it, and it doesn't fit - PERIOD.
