If you're on the steam treasure hunt (even if you arent, actually :D ) and live in the us, uk or whereever else you'd get a noncensored version of leaft4dead 2 (/me lives in germany, so I dont) buy it, gift it to me and make a wish for something in the price range. takes care of the gift achievement for both of us and I dont have to bear with censorship ^^ [it's not illegal for me to have it, just for steam to sell it]

yep. the german version is kinda like a different game if you will. when someone dies in tf2 they fall apart into bits of clockwork. at least when I played it some time ago, maybe they've changed it ^^ [edit] Versus who?
In L4D2, there is a game mode called Versus where two teams of 4 players at pitted against each other. One team is comprised of survivors while the other team consists of the special infected zombies you usually would encounter throughout the single-player portion of the game. Basically because of the small number of players in each game, your performance will greatly affect whether you guys get completely raped or not. And most people who play Versus will pick on people who suck, especially people from the opposing team. So it's probably best to play the game's single-player campaign or cooperatively with friends on steam first and practice before you play Versus. I've seen too many people jump into Versus first once they bought the game, and quit because they weren't prepared for the intensity that game mode brings. Just take it into consideration and don't get frustrated when others call you out on whether you suck or not. It's normal in that game, and most people who do grief like that are a-holes anyways.
Oh yea, if you ever see Darkarrow in any steam game, that is my oldest son. Kick his butt, and tell him I sent you.

Haha, I don't play L4D2 much these days, college is eating away at my life. I'm planning on playing Dead Rising 2 once Christmas is here (annnnnd Black Ops!). But if I do decide to jump on and if I see your son, certainly. :P Although, if that does happen, he'll probably be owning me instead of the other way around :D
I did start him out young (10 or 11) on Quake 1 and through al of the Quake series. So he is a pretty good player and he was in CAL.. So good luck with that. Actually all three of my sons play on steam, and all started with Quake and wolfenstein 3D.

Well, the kids play a BUNCH of steam games, I know l4d2, black ops, I think crysys 2 and some others that i just can't remember, I can say a bunch though. I am down to only Fallout 3 New Vegas (second time through), and EU and occasionally at work I still play Quake 1. I have actually made some maps for it a few years back, take about 1 to 2 minutes to play. Heck, I even have a voodoo 2 card in my machine at work for better graphics, if you can call it that. Depends on if youve actually ever played it. I haven't played CSS since I shut down the server over a year ago, gun game was my favorite. Fallout 3 is even better if you have a 3d monitor. Takes a little getting used to though, as the sights are harder to aim with. EU don't do 3D which is really too bad, it would be really cool if they could impliment that part of the cry2 engine. Lots of hard graphics work though, and not too many people utilize it either. Probably make it harder for people to play unless they are used to 3D enviroments.
Yeah! in australia we had a censored version of leaft4dead2 also! though i really like the first one and it has some geart maps/mods* but i never bothered or was interested in buying and playing l4d2 but have fun! with the uncensored version should be awsome! the same thing almost happened to fallout3 also but the names of the drugs and stuff like that was changed! everything else is the same :) .................... censorship sucks! the good thing is that the australian government is working on a new classification system for games! so we should get all the same stuff here everyone else dose!!
