I posted the blog above in case someone decides to clean up the forums someday and remove evidence of this sort of thing from the history of our virtual universe.

tbh would be better to let him play couse that way theres a personal contact feel to the thing if u wish to talk about "it" its not like hes stupid or something to canabalize himselfe. :D
that guy plays too much he operates a studio he should not have time to play i dont mind him playing this game i want him to play this game and work with community but he has a planet to fix and operate so he shoulod come clean on what he is doing as a bussiness
Got a reply from support. They seem to think that this does not affect my account, and tell me that the twitter account is nevereverdie and not neverdie, and thus suggest the case to be closed.
Thanks for sharing Peter ... it will be interesting to see if they respond to your follow-up. I agree with you though, this situation isn't going to go away, and the more ND resists and fights back as victim, the worse it's going to get, especially if he continues to use the media to defend his actions with false information. This definitely has a ripple effect, and it's not a good one. I think we also need to question the SDS employee avatars as well. I don't see anywhere that official avatars have been made by MA for any NDS staff, including ND.
As I see it... The Neverdie avatar should be allowed to be in game as long as it cannot loot anything, can't make p2p trades, can't buy or sell in auction, can't buy or sell anything anywhere, and can't withdraw funds from EU. The avatar should not be able to do anything that in any way directly influences the game or the economy. Jon should be able to log in as ND to chat with people basically. NDS should have a couple of avatars that can be used for testing systems and they should have names like Neverdie Studio Avatar1, Neverdie Studio Avatar2, etc. These avatars should have the same restrictions as the Neverdie avatar. I thought for a while that maybe it would be ok for ND to function normally on planets that are not owned by him or developed by him, but the more I think about it the more I think that's a bad idea too, simply because of background knowledge gained by being a PP. I don't think that anyone that is a PP or a developer, or any employees of such should be able to own LA's of any type for much the same reasons as above. Ofc, if the avatar has the above restrictions then they wouldn't be able to get any money off the LA anyway. As far as Rocktropia goes... Fine, whatever. Some people like it and some don't. As the population warrants it there should be LA's sold off for profit etc. As for NI... I'm hoping we will see something interesting happen there soon. I think the ND branding there ruins the feel of the planet, but I won't put additional thought to that until we hear what David Post has to say in a few days. I think any properties on Calypso owned by Neverdie should be sold ASAP and let him take out the money for that. Arkadia... I just don't think there will be any issue there in any way regarding ND. In EU, whether we are friends or not, we are all competing with each other in some manner or another. Anyone with a chance of having insider knowledge that isn't available to everyone should not be able to participate in the same way as everyone else. That's what it boils down to. If you want to keep playing in EU... Don't get involved as a PP or developer. If I came into a ton of money and could afford to create a planet I just wouldn't do it. I want to live on as Calin.

From that it sounds like he's play testing the new missions. True he should be doing it with a test avatar and maybe he's using it as an excuse to continue using his ND avatar. As for the worst MA could do, they could take his planet developers license away. Then it will probably be down to the courts to decide. With either it's bad for EU as a whole.
