Mob Attack Calculator Tool- Study-Collaboration

Discussion in 'EntropiaPlanets Wiki' started by dendricala, Apr 18, 2011.

  1. Entropedia and Entropiaplanet wiki (more?) are for sure very important resources for each player in Entropia. Ofc they are as good as players continue to update them. I was looking for the mob attack rate and I discover that those data are not completed at all in those wiki, in particular we have in Entropedia and Planetwiki only 35/201 and 18/128 complete data respectively. I think this is happen also because is difficult to calculate the mob attack rate. For this I decided to create a tool to calculate this value…in a dynamic way.
Moreover the same tool can also calculate the impact of your evade vs the mob. This means: how much evade i need before a mob start to miss me???? if you are a serious hunter you should really care about
    HERE THE LINK
You will have the possibility to review your inputs data and in case delete some wrong inputs. The data are publics, so you can use them to update Entropedia and whatever other wiki Entropia related. You can confront each new experiment with the old ones. All the data are cumulated together and the software will calculate the media. I suggest you to clean your chat log before to start an experiment. The tool is free to read for all but just registered users can insert new data (this last one for security reason). Detailed info to how to use this tool can be found here , pls read it before to use the tool. Thx in advance for any input.

    I must thx
    Bummer (who created the tool)
    Ido (who installed it)
    Duncan (that fixed it)

them did a great job, expecially in supporting my weird ideas. In case you need very good people to code or just you wish to have new friends them are (almost) the best.

  2. RAZER

RAZER Custom title ... uh ...

nice tool, will give it a go.
I was under the impression however that all mobs attacked 20 time a minute, but I must be wrong.

  3. oh yes , in this case you were wrong. Practical example: an aurli hit faster than an daikiba right?? a tantillion faster then a ambulimax.....etcetc
pls let me know if works fine...... i m trying to help out :-)

OK well I have tried to gather this info for a few mobs, just by counting the times that attack in a minute and all got to 20.
Tried to upload my chatlog for one mob I just tried and it got some weird data 1358415788 seconds, guess that's not right

added some info on Ripper Snappers

  6. very good job, i guess you got the point that you need to press "u" after two hits in a raw. Luckelly you can review your data and see if them"make sense" too.

I read one of you post about the evade vs mob calculation here:
    http://www.entropiaplanets.com/forums/entropiaplanets-wiki/1616-when-do-you-start-evade-mobs.html
in effect to calculate this is mandatory to well know the mob attack rate. For example a neconu hit a max of 20 time per minute. For example at 5 evade profession level you get 15 hit (you evade 25%) at 30 evade level you get 10 hit (you evade 50% of the time) etcetc
This tool was also created to help about :-)

  7. add more entries for droka

  8. added more entries for ambulimax

  9. more entries for argonauts and exo

  10. more entries for longu

  11. new mob data: eviscerator

  12. new mob: shikiba (or whatever is the name :-P)

  13. new mob entries for eviscerator

  14. did you see the incredible updates we made with this tool? check it out

detailed info to how to use it here

  15. We made some major updates in this tool. Now in one single experiment you will get data about the attack rate and the contribute of your evade.
    Collaboration is wanted
