One thing that I have seen is that First Planet Company is not registered as a company anymore in Sweden. In stead the link posted in the thread about the discovery that SEE bought FPC now goes to a company AR Universe Aktiebolag (publ) where David Simmons is the CEO. Marco is not listed as anything in that company. The registration of the company was on 2011-02-18, so I guess they did a name change. It also lists MindArk PE Aktiebolag (publ)as the parent company.

When you look for Marco in the business register of Sweden, you will see that he is not involved with anything related to EU.

SEE Digital Studios Ltd still exists, but the register does not list anyone as CEO or on the board, so my guess is that it will be dismantled.

 

Both www.planetcalypsoforum.com and www.planetcalypso.com still mention the copyrights are with SEE Virtual World Calypso, LLC

 

OH and I was just getting used to calling them FPC, still needed to get used to SDS and I can now just call them MA again, man this is confusing !! Maybe we can change it back to Project Entropia to and make sweat worth 13ped a K again, like in the old days.

Not sure what this tells us, other then that FPC has been renamed to AR Universe Aktiebolag a few months ago. Still confused about what happened.

There are several paragraphs in the Annual Report 2011 suggesting FPC was renamed to AR Universe and FPC/AR Universe was sold to SEE, fx:

Looks like SEE just paid 1 Million of the aggreed 6 Millions and failed to transfer the remaing 5 Millions as aggreed in the contract: four installments on October 15, 2010, and January 15, on 15 April and 15 June 2011.
