  1. RAZER

RAZER Custom title ... uh ...

No, Dune is not online or multiplayer, but as the threat started posted some of his offline games I thought I'd do the same.

Yep I know that, even was part of the closed beta for a week before it got open. But as I don't like Second Life at all, I doubt BM will be any better for me. But with all the partners they are bringing in (or plan to bring in) they might prove me wrong. Will keep my eye on it and see where i will go from here.

  3. well, Iam trying to make some stuff for BM too, but somehow I cant run any of their editors... xD working on it with their support... And yes tis is more social net than a game, met there person who called it directly "3D chatroom". On side of action it will never be like EU. Just cant wait for street races ;p

  4. I play Entropia Universe.
But while I havn't got VU10, I've been on WoW.

If you like Wow (and quests 'sighs') you should try out Lord of the Rings Online - especially if you like Tolkien lol ... It is very much like WoW graphic wise and game play - wise, but somehow more pleasant. Of course that is in the eye of the beholder :) But I tried both, and must say, that LOTRO can be a joy to play, where WoW annoyed me lots (too many imature players, sorry ) :whiner:

  6. Yirrk

Yirrk Who Speaks for the Earth?

I gotta put a word in again for Age of Conan FTW! :viking:
My Bear Shaman eats Hobbits n' Elves for breakfast! RaWWWR!
    :beerchug:

  7. The quests, I live with, don't enjoy them overly though. lol
Graphics, they're ok I guess. hehe
There are too many immature players on WoW agreed. But I chose a good server and a good guild. :)

  8. For the moment i play, in no specific order:

Batman: Arkham Asylum- Very good game even though i find it abit linear.

I still occasionally play some Cod4 multiplayer.

Same goes For Mass Effect, getting ready for Mass Effect2 and Swtor.

Iam also playing Aion, currently a lvl23 Ranger that wants to go 25 and spread my wings in The Abyss(Kicks EU:s so cald "gameplay" with lightyears, but so does any p2p online game.

I do play SWG, Lvl90 Structure Trader on the European Chimaera Server.

I play from time to time: Lord Of The Rings Online, Saga of Ryzom, Afterworld, Fallen Earth.

Im hoping for Earthrise and Swtor to be good online games.

And then there is EU, mindless grinding and clicking with a boring world with good graphics. Take away the addictive RCE-part and it will be stonedead. But as long as that is around, i guess i will log in and "play" from time to time.

  9. Skam

    Skam Bobblehead

Well I just finished Red Faction:Guerilla, and now Im currently playing my way through The Longest Journey (and then Ill play Dreamfall) just because I hadn't done that yet and its one of those games that should be played...

Im also playing The Secrets of Monkey Island's new episodes. Waiting for 4th episode now.

I'm anxiously waiting for Fallout 3 Game of The Year package that I ordered, that includes all 5 of the add-ons :) Its due the 16th.
    And I've pre-ordered Borderlands, thats due 19th...
So October is looking very post-apocalyptic for me!

Online, Im playing Heroes of Newerth, a beta stage RTS. Its DoTA with new graphics. I suck at it, but its fun.

    (Oh, and hi!)

  10. I'm torn between getting that or Call of Duty-Modern Warfare since I already finished FarCry2.

"The Secrets of Monkey Island's" O_o...sounds kinky!

  11. There are rumours (or is it even confermed?) that a Fallout-mmo is in the planing stage.

    One can always hope.

Monkey Island has always been one of my favourite game series. I first started using a PC in the late 80s, and all the Quest series (Kings Quest, Police Quest, Space Quest, Larry) were some of the first games I touched. Then there was LucasArts with Zack McKracken, the Tentacle, Indiana Jones, and Monkey Island.

I still have pretty much all of those games, but Monkey Island is one I end up going back to every so often. (As is the Quest for Glory series).

Oh, and ya'all fight like dairy farmers!

  14. I have to admit, I play Diablo 2 again!!! :woohoo: waiting for the third one to be released... =)

played through Crysis and the second part of it (more than once). still can not quite manage from start to end without any deaths in hardcore mode, damn I'm weak... =)

last summer played Doom 2 (again) :afro: and from the respect to the good old one went through the third part also...

mmm Doom :boxer: .. I used to like it but I got SOOO dizy from it and felt I had to throw up ... I heard others had that too ... My guess is it's because of the moves you do or something (i also sit with my eyes very close to the screen when playing ... might not make it better *sighs*)

D2 was my first introduction to a MMORPG. I used to play that for hours straight, usually with the same group of people (one from Holland and one from Denmark, actually).

I'm really looking forward to D3 as well, though I do hope teh Blizz will take the advice offered by the playerbase and make the game darker rather than toonish (Might have happened a long time ago, but I remember reading about that quite some months ago).

But yeah. Diablo 1 and 2 were some of my first RPG adventures that really managed to keep me hooked. Before that, I checked out quite a few of the REAL old ones (like Eye of the Beholder, etc), but most of that was single player.

  17. Ok First to say LOL..

I only know EU, only ever played EU, my first on-line game .. So? Im not embarrassed.

Im wonderering how the hell you guys have time for more than one on-line game?

Im wonderering cos, surely to learn any game, would take some serious time-investemnt?

Why split that time investment up? Time is money etc?

Well it is.. even if playing for pleasure lol.. you still pay.

Not better to concentrate all your eforts on just one game?

    :)

  18. That is pretty much my feeling as well... I can only wrap my mind around one of these at a time lol

  19. yes, the phenomena is widely spread - many people could not handle doom and wolfenstein, it made them dizzy or throwing up. as far as I know, it is connected to the regular motion sickness which a lot of people have =)

  20. D3 seems too bright on the trailers indeed, but it can be turned darker I guess. by the way, I was sooooo much hoping that D3 will be able to use old chars... damn, I almost maxed my beloved pally naturally! =) but I do understand that they'll most likely remake the skill system totally which means no future for the old chars, or equipment. but we'll see =)
