Can anyone figure out the solution? ... Yes, I know what it is!

 

The only thing I can think of atm is ... "It's about time"

 

And you would be correct!

 

I don't get it...

 

You don't get how it comes to "it's about time"? or something else

Solution 1st line: Eat + Soap + Out = say it fast. Comes to "it's about"
Solution 2nd line: Tie + M = "Time"

 

I still don't get it

How and where do you get eat?
