First hit on google says,

A rally car driver?

lol, I have no idea, what is the context?

 

Is this a puzzle game? Are you intentionally being vague? where did you hear the names? Are you asking about avatars, rl names in association with the game (players or developers) or NPC type storyline characters, or storyline type characters that don't even have NPCs representing them in the game?

You obviously got the names somewhere, and it would probably help those curious enough to help if you shared that much with us :P

I think this is TO2D from nds, but I am not positive.
Seems to have done alot of things in his carrier and possibly multiple current projects, but its hard to tell from the site which has links to multiple places and names without much explanation.

If you watch the reel you will see footage of NI towards the end, and then Interestingly some in game footage of what I think would have been Planet Michael.

Are you talking about Enzo Marius or EZ?

I dont think either of them have worked for nds for over a year. EZ still plays some but i havent seen Marius in a really long time. (marius was the one managing the two forums who set me and a couple others up as mods and then dissapeared)
