From the Beeb comes a story about the arrest of an adult Brit who has been arrested for specifically targetting players of RuneScape through phishing attempts (fake pages that look just like the actual page of the company the end user *thinks* they are visiting, but meant to steal passwords).

    Emphasis in last paragraph mine.

  2. I think it only counts as theft due to the phishing.

I think a trade in PE is completely different though since in the EULA I think its still specified you sign over all rights to the item when you trade.

  3. True, but should be revized, why? Trades should be final only, but not without rights and Virtual Trade Laws. Trading seems to be the only option open, to lend stuff to friends etc. Take the recent case of Spin Rep Pitt.

Therefore I reitterate, please chat-log-record when trading, if possible everytime you do so inside the Verse.

  4. Easiest thing is to lend stuff to people you trust. I would persnonally not lend even a Opalo to Rilort

  5. Who trusts Rilort now?? Exactly. It comes down to knowing who to actually trust and who not to.
