We bought them a couple of years back because we got a nice offer on a whole floor directly from NEVERDIE (still more than I ask for now, but times changed) - we wanted to use them as storage for the shop too. We also borrowed them out as soc-appartments for people being on CND. Would make it easier for them to go on mining (hunting) trips and just carrie down everything they got after with a storage. Also, we had that whole business plan about CND storage - which was about renting out storage space for people (using the appartments - but keeping things in storages). Wasnt' exactly a success, then again, we never really promoted it either! ahh .. the ideas ... .
WOW! That's a heck of a deal! What is the rent on each of em? I don't have the peds, but do have my recently acquired shop down in Omegaton that I paid for with a booth and a couple of shopkeepers so market value is roughly equal to what you are wanting... I also have a couple of apartments down in the same building... I imagine I can't afford it, but it's very tempting... Imagine filling all of those apartments up to the max with shopkeepers! That'd be like at least 20 shopkeepers in each apartment... very pricey to get those shopkeepers, but imagine the possibilities... How many slots are in each apartment, and what is the rent on each apartment and the shop?

These are the 'normal' sizes for apartments: A Single room 120 items B Single room 120 items C Single larger room 150 items D Single larger room 150 items E Single room 120 items F Single room 120 items G 2 rooms 200 items H Single larger room 150 items I don't remember how many items the shop can hold ;) Monthly fee each apartment is 10 peds I believe? Then again, I only pay for it when I need it. I don't pay every month (and you do not have to pay unless you use it)...

No stability in setting up a business gambling like that in hope to craft (L) goods with high TIRs to lure new & repeat business if enhancers are supposedly to be the thing of the future in this new tier of the Calypso economy :( Ah well. STILL FOR SALE! I went up there and to my surprice I found, that there are now tp's in the shopping center Which means, you can tp directly to a place near your shop (And so can your customers!)
