Update 15 - 2 minute anticipation, ten minute test

My animals are wet...


My clothes are wet...and I really dislike the cheap deisgn of the box above my head :


This "wet effect (bug)" existed several years ago already. (and got fixed then)

Since 2004 the "swim on land bug", including water sound effects, has not been fixed :



I read that I can make my emtk 2600 become adjusted, hell, even modified...too bad MA removed Minopolis from my map :

This happened a dozen times over the last 10 years, with various teleporters. Sometimes it was called a feature, sometimes there wasnt any official statement about it.

I got 4 ancient tamed mobs. I fed all 1800 nutrio bars, so they are at least "fed". Skilled em all up until their focus was below 15%.
10 minutes later I got 1 single "animal taming skill" and 1 "animal lore" skill.


Having an idle tamed mob next to me, I recieved 1 animal lore skill by doing absolutley nothing. (?)
I try to imagine how many "nutriobars and tricks" I wil lneed to make em level up or get their affection to 100%.

And then...they still might not turn into normal tamed mobs...maybe they will only keep dance, greet, bow...

And how do I summon my pet BACK to my inventory ? o_O

I will ignore the tiny glitch at my gloves where the shirt shines through ;p

I will also ignore the (temporary?) missing icons :



2 minutes of anticipation and 10 minutes later I dont really feel that taming has been brought back.

On top of it the usual bugs/glitches and something that once again is called "Taming, Stage 1".
After 10 years of waiting for "Stage 2".

 

Whyever I expected some more skill gains, with my current noobness.





Teleporting to Boreas made the game become unplayable.
A relog (still at Boreas) will only show the "blurry" start screen and play some bird sounds...

Update properly tested ? F*CKING CHECK ! -_-

In short, I cant login anymore and cant continue testing.

Oh and there is always a bug thread on PCF, if you dont like what I just wrote.

Be warned though, that the main TP , at water, takes you to Genesis Alpha...find Mr. Yoshida Mission...while it should act as normal TP.

The new attempt/way to "build up 3d models around you" looks indeed very unprofessional and ugly.
Details are missing everywhere. Textures on avatars and mobs are way too shiny. :S

The promised "realism" of CE² is still lightyears away. Just compare. Uh, forgot, this is an MMO and CE² is a bad choice...wait...there is ArchAge..ahh, whatever.

I recently started to play "Giants-Citizen Kabuto" from the year 2000. It looks and feels liek the Entropia from 2004. Huh, that logo...
It has an immerisve, alienated world and you can feel that at once. That feeling got taken away from Entropia with CE2. Palm trees and beaches everywhere. In short, I dont want to play FarCry.

Thats my opinion. Take it, or leave it. Or even better, comment on it. Tell me why you love Entropia...tell me what really makes you login like every single day...or something like that. But try to step away from your:
"I just read he said its a f*cking sh*t game !"

If you cant SEE or dont want to SEE what we are talking about, maybe try to play "Giants-Citizen Kabuto" for a while. Dont just look at screenshots, or google for youtube clips...you wont feel it.
And if you dont like it, Ill be okay with that. And if you already played it 14 years ago and also didnt like it, Ill be okay with that as well. And if you tell me that you just dont want to play it, Ill be ok with that. Any reason would probably be valid. :p You have every right to make decisions and comments about a compter game.

Im not even sure how I could expect "way more" after 10 years of waiting for Stage 2, then what we have now, as "taming" Stage 1.
Ya, I know, its Stage 1 again and Im sure there are enough who will tell me that I should be satisfied with what we have...but Im not.

Now it all depends on "how awesome" Stage 2 of taming will turn out.
And most important...when it will finally arrive.

MA is always playing with us, using announcements of announcements.
Raping our hope.
Hard.

Just because you (recently) ran&clicked around a little more in this 3D world then us ?
A 3D world, that we know and followed closely for more then 10 years by now.

I dislike many things in other games and I still talk about it, when such titles get mentioned in a discussion.
