After I logged out from EU around 3.5 hours ago to make a relog, I couldn't log in again. I can't open client loader because of no connection, more over, I have no connection with entropiauniverse.com, planetcalypsoforum.com, mindark.com. None of them can be tracered or pinged. "Host error", "wrong host", "check your network connection" etc. I have rebooted pc, restarted router, tryed connecting from smartphone, checked three different internet providers, even Tor for country ip switch... Nothing helps. I have no connection with any of Mindark web-sites and EU. Everything else works fine, even Arkadia, Rocktropia, Cyrene, Toulan forums, Entropiaforum and Entropia Life. And according to EL there are people online atm... .se domain web-sites are working fine... I don't know what to think... I can't even write a support case, lol...
You are not alone, I am having the exact same issue, and tried the same things you did. This follows my second rule of computing, "It always works except when it doesn't." I assume to fix this someone will have to be woken up from their slumber and follow my first rule of computing, "When in doubt, reboot." :) Edit; Watching the streams, there are people online, appears to be a dns server issue.
I think the people streaming just haven't logged out. If you were in when the dns servers went down you'd stay playing.
Yeah I'm one of the many unable to log in. Is it just for the USA players or is it everyone who hasn't logged out/unable to login?
Not sure about geography, but in stream they said if you log out your not getting back in until the issue is fixed.
Unable to login from the UK, DNS seems broken as cant ping login.entropiauniverse.com but you can Ping the interface 94.31.61.11 Even switched to Google DNS, but no success. :(
