The gambling aspect is why I don't like when MA use too much "You can win bl.a." in their promoting and I would prefer if they change the crafting a bit to be less like a slot-machine.
Over the last few years MA have made the gambling aspect more pronounced than ever. It's obviously less work than making a fun game with interesting game play. The crafting system aka slot machine. Then they bring out "boxes" which are like scratch tickets or pull tab tickets. All designed to suck as much money out as quick as possible. I don't really see much difference between EU these days and the above video. It's certainly not much of MMO anymore.
Problem is that it's hard to change crafting to be less like a slot-machine and still not make it too boring. It's hard to find an easy solution.
Sorry but one of the main reasons I joined. I have always called EU a slot machine where we gamble. This game isn't suited for the ones who can not control their 'gambling' addiction.
That's the best argument you can come up with?? Shows just how far MA have fallen. Even the brown noses can't find a reasonable defence...
Seems the 2 guys are being sued over illegal gambling http://www.polygon.com/2016/7/7/121...owners-sued-over-illegal-gambling-allegations
Crafting was never usefull except for high end clothing and mining amplifiers. Mining amplifiers have been the 1st Exploisvie Blueprints. Pure Slot Machine. MA should have made all vehicles super rare. Needing hundreds of different parts. Blueprints spread across the community. Result ? Dozens of people create the needed parts and one rich guy has to pay them all, to finally drive around. All alone. x'D
