Graphics Settings - Shading Quality Problems

I am having a real problem with the Shading Quality setting since the update this morning.

On high it looks fine:

On medium which is the setting I actually want:

Low and Safe Mode are the same as well.

Someone else tested it and had problems too and apparently Planet Calypso is fine so I'm assuming it's an NI issue only?

Please look into it asap as it's pretty much unplayable on high in areas with lots of buildings and avatars :(

I know a few that can't login to Calypso. Logging in issues tend to be an MA problem whereas this seems to be NI specific hence me posting it, so I'm not sure what it has to do with your reply.
