franks quest still bugged, in more ways than one

well, I confirm party the bug. I abondoned the mission and restarted. After visiting all the places except the ancient ruins, I got the message that I visited already all the places and I should return to Frank to report that I did not meet any friends of him. Before I did that I went to the ancient ruins, which were still marked with a blue circle on my map, but it was not counted. So I returned to Frank, choosing the first of 2 possible answers and getting error 18 as well. I also was asked to find Tank, probably at the ancient ruins, which were now marked by a green circle. Athough I went to this place, I did not find anything, nor did it count. So I went to Tanks well known real place place and he is still there (for me only 1 picture of him). Tank gave me to possible choices. I took the first, and got a new challenge ..
.. and the next error "An unexpected error have occured in the processing of the following quest/mission: The Proving grounds I Code 2"

First one to say the number 18 at least.
