EDIT: Got myself a heart from Death drake stalker.. so i guess all drakes drops them.

 

looks like someone just had to discover it to unlock it :)


now just need to find out where obsidian comes from. Muscovite comes from Boars

Damn you all!

I couldn't find a heart no matter how many Drakes i killed, so i gave up for now. At least i got a hof out of them, even though strange as it sounds, i'd rather get a heart :D

 

you might want to change the thread title a little-add the words 'for the rich' to the end, the bps fail multiple times

Remember you need 3 crystals in order to time travel. With the drake hearts themselves @ 200 PED asking price travelling back in time costs slightly more than 600 PED. Im assuming the chance of failure to craft is similar to any other crafting mechanism in Entropia.

That being said Im more than a little disappointed in certain price gougers. I'll go get my own drake hearts, but I feel bad for the newer players who want to come here and enjoy that particular aspect of the game. At roughly 60 dollars for each time travel attempt I have misgivings about the success of the entire idea.

 

Let's not forget that initial prices always tend to be overinflated - being the first always costs.

I have high hopes for the future, since time travel is the main aspect of the Island, and i find it hard to believe that the team behind it would have made such a horrible miscalculation...

Edit: Forgot to add that i hope the time travel crystals will be stackables - and you'll have the chance to get way more than just one with a successful click.

 

FOR the love of god! I told Narfi as soon as I went to RT to check out the update there the hearts would start droping !! lol

 

GAH my first click on time crystal was a failure now gathering again materials

 

I have had everything needed for the BP except the Heart. I returned to NI today killed a Death Drake Leader and got a heart. One click = Near success. I got everything back except for a few crystals. So now I am in need of 2 more Obsidian and 1 more Muscovite to try again :/ Not to mention out one TT BP...

I am just glad there is a chance now...

 

Ya those Drake Hearts are not easy to find OR buy. Looks like I'm not going to be time travelling and I feel bad for those people who will travel to Ancient Greece or any other place because it is going to be DESOLATE there! All 3 people who will be able to afford time travelling will be the 3 people who populate Ancient Greece.

I do hope that time crystal prices will drop fairly quickly over time, kinda like vehicles did when they first came out. I also hope that time travelling will be a little more intricate than just finding a teleporter, stepping on it and changing the drop down menu from "Next Island" to "Ancient Greece" at any teleporter found in every major area. :S

 

I won't make previsions but at actual time the BP drop and drake heart drop make the time travel a exclusive toy for rich players... time travel should be a trip for almost everyone like go Calypso>Crystal Palace to make it very attractive and consecutelly attract (fairly depositing) players to Next Island from Calypso or Rocktropia.
