Shops/Estate Bugs lets work together

    This thread is for players that have bought a Shops/Huts/Estates on Next Island.
    Let me know what bugs are affecting your Shop/Huts/Estate.
    The aim of this thread is to submit a group support case to Next Island.
    Please keep your bug info easy to understand, add a pic if needed, date-time pic also needed.
    I do understand that Next Island is very new and bugs do create problems for all players on many levels.

    More details on your shop bug would be great! Also don't forget to submit to planet support in the meantime.

    I believe Bear is effected by a common bug that hit all the planets. The estate sign says x items inside x items outside x items display area but the areas are mixed up so he cant drop anything as the system thinks he has no item points in that area.

    Kitten your right, I bought Neverdie Gift Shop and from day one I have never been able to drop any items inside or outside. Subbmitted a support case 6 weeks ago. Still no result just the generic support statements that you get. Case is still open and I have a Gift shop that is not functioning at all.
    Am I the only one with this problem ?
    If Not then spread the word and post in here details..

    The booths that sold also have mixed up item points they are listed with 100/10/0 but really they only have 10 because there is no "indoors" so that 100 on the sign was misleading.

    A little misleading yes. I know on RT when one of the shops wasn't working(same problem) ND lent the buyer another shop until the bug is fixed. Maybe the NI estate manager could do the same thing here.

    I contacted Neverdie via email, He was supportive in his answer and he was happy to refund me for my gift shop. I replyed that i would prefer not to get a refund and that I will just sit and wait for the bug to be fixed.

    Still waiting for the bug to be fixed.
    Got all the stock ready, got all the furniture and screens ready.
    Now all i need is this shop to allow me to drop items in it.
    Great location shame about the issues..
    Week 12, hope the next update helps. not holding my breath
