How on earth is that irrelevant? Without knowing what the size of the active player base is, one is just hoping that there will be enough passing trade, visitors, etc, which is one sure way for any venture in EU to fail. Maybe mothership owners make some sort of ROI due to fare paying passengers, but over what period of time?
