I bid on his/hers lyst in auction and by failure thought it was BO - now I put all my money on the lyst, which doesn't have a BO. Saw it happened right after ( I really hope I can find him, and that he's honest enough. Just woke up and tried again. Nothing. I will reward the person who can first get me in touch with the guy with 100 peds.(personal contact) As you can also tell Djuba Oberon Boa himself that he will be rewarded for his honesty. Wow, that really sucks , MA has been asked countless times to implement a warning when you pay much more than market value or your bid is all you have on your PED card. Good luck with finding that guy, i wish i could help, but i've never heard of him :(
I agree some warning could be good to have if you lets say bid 100ped peds over current mu for stackables or (L) gear But not for a tiny sum, as it will just be another annoying thing and most would just check that "dont show in the future" as you can on tier stuff (gets annoying each time you tt some tt things, but I refuse to check the box as I know it can save me in the future lol) And I have his name on my mind Lykke since you posted but so far haven't seen any guy fit that name, but if I do I let you both know.
Lykke, the name Oberon rings a bell... not sure if it's the same one, but I'm almost positive I've seen him in Twin a few times when I've been there. I'm usually there around 2200-0200 MA. I'll keep an eye out, though. Sorry for your situation... Edit: Also, first post!
Welcome to EP :) And thanks - people helping is really great, since I can't be in game most of the day :( I'm nearly only available few hours in the evening and in the weekends due to RL work etc. So thanks a bunch one more time Also, remember there will be a 100 ped reward to the person who can set me up a personal contact with the guy ;)
I just met 18db filter in game - who donated 2 peds to me. And I just want to say thanks here. The thought is really really nice and I feel all humble! It made me smile :) and made me realize there's so much more than money!!! Thanks :ahh:
UPDATE: Thanks to Chipchop I found the guy at sweat camp. I also managed to get him on FL but he wanted to buy lyst. When I asked where he was from he said his dad could English. Then he logged off. After some minutes he logged back in and when people said wb to him (he was surrounded lol ...) he logged off again and I haven't seen him since ... BUT I have him on FL Probably not gonna get my money - but people did what they could to help me out and I'm very grateful for that! THANKS !! This shows why Entropia is so awesome despite everything else
Alright - drama not yet over. Someone found out it was YET another scammer trying to pull out some more peds from me and not the real guy (the name was without capital frontletters). Really wanna make me puke :( How low can people sink? Anyway - still looking for the real Djuba Oberon Boa ... Thanks ...
I currently have all my peds locked up in investments that I've lended out to soc-mates, so really all I've done while being online the past few days have been looking for Djuba Oberon Boa.. It's a free of charge adventure! :D
UPDATE: This is all I can ask for and I'm very thankful that Support tried to help me out and also, I'm glad to see they will do (or did) something about the one who tried to scam me too .. Thank you MA for quick respond and action :) (oh and the new support system is awesome!!!)
OMGG!!! I just went back from work and logged into game - and i got a message someone overbid me in the auction and all my money is back on my pedcard!!! To this special person - known by the community - I have no words. That's the coolest thing ... and im still just baffled and shaking! YOU KNOW WHO YOU ARE! - and I really hope you read this! I dont know how I can repay you ... unless it was a mistake that you overbid me ?? An old door re-opened for you - that's all power I have to do in return. And I will pm you here
next time you need materials why don't you find a regular / nice price supplier like me next time you need materials for crafting (i presume); post me a PM, place your order for quantity and your buying price - we can make a deal; i am a trader of ores/energy @ TwinPeaks, so i can always get materials under MU from my customers;
