Oleg created a thread in the "Ask MindArk" section at the EF forum, and Kim at MindArk responded to 2 of the 4 questions asked - so perhaps this will put some of the speculation to rest. .
Calypso should have never been sold it all whent bogus after, but gues they understand the role of calypso being a showcase for planetpartners (or still dont)
The fact that 3 is not answered is worrying... To me it seems like there will be some legal fighting over Intellectual Property... this might get nasty for MA still.
That is what i am reading from all this, if SEE claim this i am sure they would have taken legal council before releasing such a bold statement. Also on SEE main website Calypso is still listed there along with Mindark when i last checked yesterday. I was thinking did RT start using Calypso mobs, items, scanner drops etc around March time or previous to March, that may be the contention possibly?
