Thanks All :) Mmmm, good question... think it is lvl 15 Biotropic if I remember right (Correction: lvl 14, thanks Alan Mo) Etheral Soul Language, means when someone dies you read what they say instead of seeing the OoOoOoOoOoOo.... it is a MF thing :)
Gz, that's doing it the old school way, as far as I can remember you can also unlock it using a certain mindforce chip although I cannot remember which one
You have to skill Biotropic to lvl 14, then get hold of a Resurrection Chip and revive someone to unlock the skill :)
