It sounds like the story about the arkadia guy that cruised around in space and lost a 5 digit TT valued inventory to a space pirate has gotten a spin off...

if someone did loose 60k then hes stupid flying around in space with so much stackables, anyway no gun other the u got on your flying thingy is usefull in space u cant force anyone to go anywhere, so this fella been smoking something :D

 

i read it as simply chinese whisper that probably grew from the one reference Narfi points out. it was 5k, no 18k, no 45k, there were 2, no 4, 6 of them and he nearly won too.

however, im not sure it would be anti-propaganda anyway, it could draw alot of interest as some of the comments indicated.
