Resigning from my EntropiaPlanets duties

    After 2 super cool and interesting years as administrator/co-owner at EntropiaPlanets, it is now time for me to resign as an administrator and continue as an ordinary member.

    It has been exciting to be part of the EntropiaPlanets' staff, but other commitments will require my full attention and will not allow me to work with EntropiaPlanet any more.

    My main reason for stepping back is that I have been asked by Planet Cyrene to consider the position as the Planet Cyrene Community Manager, which I excitedly accepted. And with this announcement, I am making the preparation for when the final contract will be signed (which is being drafted now) - to make sure everything will be 'by the book'.

    I will still be an active poster, and may also produce articles and interviews, but no longer in a role as part of the EP-staff - as I no longer will have access to the private EP-staff section, either.

    I would like to thank the EP-staff for their great support and the tremendous job they do - both visibly on the forums and in the EP-Wiki, but also everything going on behind the scenes (and there really are a lot of things being worked on there, I can tell).

    I look forward to see where EntropiaPlanets will head next, with all the fantastic things in store - and I know that there is a new recruitment drive for the staff group, so those of you who might be interested, let admin or anyone from the staff-group (Tass, Razer, GeorgeSkywalker, Narfi orAmber) know what you can or wish to offer.

    Thank you all for the support you have always shown me in my work on EntropiaPlanets, with the EntropiaTimes magazine, and everything else.

    I am very excited to be working with you all on a totally new level and involve you all in the amazing part of the Universe that Planet Cyrene promises to be.

    But more about all this later, when the badge is on.

    Anyway, I as a staff member was aware of Lykke leaving . For the forum it is very bad, but for her personally it is of course GREAT and I wish you a lot of luck Lykke. A new and exciting time ahead for both you Lykke and Peter and a challanging time for EP, but I'm sure we will manage without you.

    Indeed there is some serious 'brain drain' from EP to Cyrene.

    You can write or code or moderate or wiki or design or scout news or... ??? Join EP, your stepping stone to a career at a planet partner!

    YEAH ... it's out, and I finally have my partner in crime on my team again! :yay: :beer:

    I know it's a sad day for EP, but I just couldn't be happier (sorry). Lykke and I have worked together for a VERY long time, and we are quite a team, so I'm ecstatic that we will be able to continue being creative together for Cyrene. :thumbsup:

    She has been an incredible asset to this forum as Administrator and Co-Owner, and has put in an untold number of volunteer hours in partnership with Peter to make this environment the best experience it could be. Her dedication is incredibly admirable, and I anticipate it will be nothing less as an official member of our Cyrene Team.

    Thank you my VBFF and teammate for years for giving me the opportunities that you have passed my way as well, they are truly appreciated. I look forward to our collaborative efforts as members of the Cyrene Team.

    Thank you Tass. There's some serious brain activity going on indeed. You are one of the master brains, NO doubt!
    I promise we will help out doing our best helping out with the Cyrene part of the Wiki! Keep up the great work ^^

    Congratulations baby. I'm sure you'll do a great job at Cyrene, and I'll do my best to ensure that EP willc ontinue down the road we always wanted it to go.
