HOW TO: Install Project Entropia

    1. Insert the CD in your drive

    2. Wait for the program to verify your installer
    verifying.jpg

    3. Choose you preferred language
    language.jpg

    4. Accept the EULA
    EULA.jpg

    5. choose the install location
    location.jpg

    6. Choose Start Menu Folder and click Install

    7. wait
    wait.jpg

    8. Run Project Entropia
    run.jpg

    9. Accept the EULA again
    EULA.jpg

    10. Wait
    contact.jpg

    11. DAMN !!

    it is 189MB and 181 files Tass, but I can upload a few I guess

    It also has the old models in there, which you can hack and open in 3D studio (if you know how). Wonder if that would still be against the EULA for software that old which has nothing to do with the game anymore.

    Mind checking the file "data.ini" of this CD ? Should have something like the following inside :
    [Export]
    Latest=PE_CommercialTrial
    Time=2001-12-11 16:57:44
    Version=3.0

    Damn noob I am!
    Started 2.5 years later. Would be really crazy to be able to run this again! ROFL! Just for fun. Someone suggested another time-travel planet for the old PE ... was it Wistrel? Dunno. However, could be a retirement home for the elders.

    heh it would be funny if MA sold a version of the old game for fans to run. Won't happen though, we'd be able to look at the code and find out how the spiraling 8's work once and for all ;)
