    Update: This was an Aprils Fools story. We hope you enjoyerd our little story.

    Breaking news flash! Word came to us that a large investor firm bought the intellectual property as well as the entire teams of "ROCKtRopia", "Next Island", "Planet Cyrene", "Planet Arkadia", "Theryon Wars" and Planet Toulan, and will be merging all content of the individual planets into a single monster planet.

    Have you ever wanted to treasure hunt while battling hostile factions in a tropical area in PVP Space riding a magic carpet piloted by Lemmy from Motorhead? Well, very soon, you can.

    We received a tip from a source closely involved in this process, who shared that a Silicon Valley based Venture Capital firm has been working hard during the last few months, and has now released a statement exclusively to EntropiaPlanets.com that they are taking over the entire suite of companies involved in development of "ROCKtropia", "Next Island", "Planet Arkadia", "Planet Cyrene", "Planet Toulan" and "Theryon Wars".

    Marketing Director Didst Jug Kin: "We have been following Entropia Universe with some interest for a while now, and figured we would buy the assets of the planets that appealed most to us, and merge them all together into a delightfully different mix of a game.

    When asked about whether they also considered buying Planet Calypso, Mr. Kin replied: "We really did not want to sit in the same room as the Calypso people when they start opening up their Surströmming-filled lunchboxes". Grinning, he then adds: "Well, the issue there really was that we could not wait to hold a poll among everyone owning a land deed".

    LOL Admit it you fell for it a bit. I saw it pop up in FB and said no f*^&ing way, maybe more believable if only a couple planets where involved but not all (most) of them :)

    Nope ... I know Peter WAY too well, and especially his "out there" creativity ... and I have to agree with Khaos, it was too easy ... no way does it make any sense, AND ... he's married to my C-Team partner (Lykke), and I'm SO sure she would have been chatting with me about it on Skype, not to mention Ed himself.

    I tinkered with a few other things before (like flipping the screen upside down), but it's an all-or-nothing process, rather than having things done randomly or just for a while. I figured I'd save you that added agony ;)
