I dont know if i post this to the right thread but since i born in RockTropia i feel like post it here. I would appreciate any kind of help. I probably met and talk or trade with some of you. Suddenly today i disconect from the game and when i try to log in again i receive this message "This account is locked. Further inquires about this matter should be directed to support". I cant think of a reason why this happened. I never did anything illegal, i dont run 3rd parties programs or anything. Never scum anyone and never bothered anyone (at least as far as i know). I contact support but no answer yet. Feel free to advice me
All you can do is wait I'm afraid. It is a holiday in Sweden, but somebody locked you, so there must be somebody there that can tell you what happened. I hope it all works out for you.
Its cool. The reason they called me is laughable. They will open it soon again i guess. Some players have Ego and small brain it seems
They just open it after 5-10 minutes. I had an argue with a player (nothing serious)who was very rude. After that i send him a couple friend requests to tell him that there is no reason to be rude,after all its a game. The guy report me and they locked me. I wish they was that sensitive with low budget players as well , or with some huge bugs
lol, that's a pretty funny reason. So that guy reported you for harassment? Well good they sorted it quick at least.
The reason was "that im upsetting him with my unwanted friend requests" ... go figure. Funny think is that i add him only to tell him, its all cool no reason to be rude...
I am glad you were able to get back in so quickly. It is unfortunate that more serious issues aren't addressed this quickly :( narfi
I've had that happen. Someone who was extremely rude filed a ticket, and got me temp-locked. Seeing there were more complaints against that guy than me, the lock was removed and he got locked instead.
I support actions like this. They keep the game safe and at a good level. After all we are all adults, and most are mature adults. My only question is how they can act so fast and so blunt, without investigate the root of the report (the prove that wasnt serious is that they open my account 20minutes later) and meanwhile as Narfi said some very important issues take way longer to be solved
