I would ask how long has this banking service been running and who last deposited in this bank and where the conversation took place.

 

Looking at the attributes I'd spray myself with a health dose of scam screen.

 

Not to mention that any banking activity outside of the existing system was strictly prohibited after introduction of the banks.

Even if it wouldn't scream "scam" as it is, you'd surely lose your money upon the locking of the "banker"'s account.

 

I seen this avatar often at the baby oil rig. Was disciple to some "heavy hitter" if I recall correctly, don't recall his name tho. Will see if I can remember it.
