Info: Port Atlantis Bank winding down Biz in preparation for ROCKTROPIA Apocalypse

Impending ROCKtropia apocalypse? Wonder what that will be? Something similar to the typhon impact on Calypso? Didn't know that he owned the pyramid bank in Argus...

 

Well I'm interested in the details. But so far it doesn't look too appealing. I assume its 25k to 50k loans not 25 to 50k. But that isn't a selling point anyways if he is liquidating all the loans by forcing customers to pay up.
Whoever buys the bank will spend a lot of extra time and some money trying to build those loans back up to a 25k mark. No free advertising from mindark press releases this time around.

If I were him I'd try to sell it on time to someone...and keep all of the loans in place...It seems like that's where a lot of the value of the bank is. Hopefully he has some data to share on his profit and expenses.

To me, it really seems like he is in a hurry to bail out. I'm kinda worried for those that have outstanding loans...I hope they won't loose their items because of his choice to try to close all loan accounts. I'm also worried that it will make players want to quit using the bank loan system

Hey Wildar that's not how the banks work.. All the existing loans are completely secure... Those players can redeem them within the term of the loan... The bank is winding down.. Not shutting Down overnight.. It just wont be offering new Loans...

All the existing loans expire within the next 30 days anyway.

I haven't promoted the Bank for along while... So if it changes hands I'm sure a new Bank owner will be able to build it up no problem..

 

I didn't say he didn't own the bank at PA. I was just wondering why he was inviting ppl to use a bank that he doesn't own and that would have been competition.
