The EULA states that as a player, you are at the very most, entitled to the TT value of the items on your account, and that they can ban you whenever they deem fit.

Yet, here they are, apparently settling to pay Nostrop 60% of the execution value of his gear.

what did the EULA state and how clear by the time Nostrop or Hunterz got banned? and Nostrops LAs is already sold so this sale cant really be his gear or?

It is a very special issue from the past. I never cared that much what became to folks like HunterZ or Nostrop. Sorry. It means nothing to me.

Do you refer to the ingame Auction house?I don't see these items there.
