the log in issue isn't resolved, I was putting in the correct code given by the card and my card is now locked and when I try to get to the website to enter the support area I am getting an error on the card saying "bad code", so I can't get into the game or my account now, I need to know how to get in contact in order to get this situation resolved
I was able to contact support, they were very fast to "resolve" the issue, but I still get the message that my card is locked. I had to send in another case, hopefully this next time they will get it fixed. I hope no one else is getting this problem with the system not accepting the numbers correctly.
I did get as far as being able to type numbers in during the time of checking to see if the gold card issue was fixed, could have something to do with it but I can't say, if the card is out of sync I hope they can sync it back to correct, hehe
