In their defence they have been exceptionally good at never having this sort of down time. Its always been scheduled for VU's or patches. From that point of view it sort of amuses me that they keep harping on about changing things to minimise (the already minimal) down time periods. I appreciate that "any" down time is cash lost to them (which is probably why they've been so good at avoiding it over the last decade) but still. I'd like a little more info on what caused the Gold cards to fail though, "we're working on it" just doesn't really cut it in my book. Well tell us something we don't know guys! Time is money and the GC owners probably do the most spending. It would be nice to have some insight into who tripped over the GC server cable at least ;) Wistrel
