Which Web Browser

Sometime when entering a thread i get the option to download it instead, using firefox

 

Well, use IE 7, latest beta.
Have no problem with the foruf at all. :)

 

I use Firefox and internet explorer.

 

I heard other people use Firefox and internet explorer too.

I believe Internet Explorer is the best and the most compatible with web pages. The only problem is that if you have a slow Internet Connection, IE will break your nerves. A good alternative was Opera when I used to work with it before getting DSL. The best alternative however is FireFox. Fast enough for dial-up as well. Nevertheless, if you have DSL, get IE. My humble opinion. :)

 

Just because you believe it doesn't make it true.But I don't have it.Compare that to a bad alternative was Opera when he or she used to work with it getting DSL.Thanks for the recommendation, . I use both Firefox and IE interchangably, with no issues for either.

Firefox is better. But you still probably want to leave IE installed. You can't download microsoft updates on firefox. And some websites (very few) don't display correctly in firefox and/or let you do downloads. But firefox is definitely better.
