To use OREAMP 101 or not

As you know my mining skills are not to shabby and up until recently I swore I would not use any amps because of the cost. When amps first appeared they did not work so well and with a cost of at least .50 peds a bomb did not seem worth it to me. BUT after a very long dry spell I tried a 102 and have had great luck with them for the past few weeks. I do not know what your mining skills are but it does not really seem to matter. Use the 101 and see how it goes. Only you can determine when to go to a higher amp. Just remember that mining is risky. Sometimes you will make a profit and sometimes you will loose big time. I still find ore amps of no use, at least for me. LOL

 

I think Miss Bunny meant to say enmatter amps. The ORE amps are the ones that she is using with good results. If you right click on the amp, I think it gives some indication of your skill progress or success rate? hmm I think so but am not ingame so cannot check it.

My mining skills are quite low, but I also have found the 102 ore amp to give some nice results. It seems to increase the size of finds, which also means I now find a lot of small deposits, where without an amp those deposits would be too small to find.
So even if you keep finding only small deposits, by the end of a mining run you might have more total ore than if you used no amp.

Also the 101 amp is broken after 60 or 70 bombs I think, while the 102 lasts for 98 bombs, so if you do bomb runs of 100 or multiples of 100 bombs, the 102 amp is easier to use imho.

 

I did mean ematter amps and not ore amps LOL. I do mine for ematter also but do not use an amp. I have tried them but did not get a good result.
