Yes, don't accept that. Keep pushing for an detailed explanation. You need to get to the bottom of whatever it is that they think is hacking, and then you can argue your case.
Wow, that is quite a serious and blunt answer from MA. Do you operate more than one avatar? Perhaps that is what MA is referring to? If I were you I would certainly be asking MA for more details as to why they think you were involved in hacking.
