Markup on most BPs is too low to make it worth auctioning them, so as long as the offer is reasonable they are yours.
I will also be selling my appartment. They are listed on the auction at around 800ped at the moment in my tower. I will consider offers lower than this from the forum.
Not leaving, just recognising that I don't have the chance to play very often, so I am just going to keep my hunting stuff and skills... maybe in 3 or 4 years I will have time and money to play as much as I used to.
